Cómo contactarnos, términos de permanencia y métricas de gestión de recursos humanos
¿Cómo podemos colaborar en conjunto?
Si estás trabajando en que las personas son el centro de tu negocio, y, recursos humanos es una unidad estratégica para tu compañía, sólo tienes que ponerte en contacto con nuestro equipo a través de uno de los siguientes canales:

¿Tengo permanencia?
Como en cualquier relación la decisión es de las partes, y por ello, no tienes ningún tipo de permanencia. Tú decides cuanto tiempo quieres que colaboremos y podrás solicitar la baja con 60 días de antelación.
La información como tienes acceso en tiempo real, podrás descargar toda la que consideres necesaria, en caso de desvinculación, y, transcurridos los 60 días, los datos serán borrados de la plataforma y HR 360 mantendrá en su archivo los documentos a los que está obligado por ley.
Para darte de baja por favor ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente.
¿Qué indicadores de mis colaboradores tendré acceso?
La información en materia laboral que puedes obtener de una manera gráfica, práctica y sencilla es:
- Imputación de costes
- Coste seguros sociales mensual
- Absentismo laboral
- Tipos de contrato actuales
- Retenciones irpf
La información obtenida en los mismos se actualiza de manera automática conforme se actualiza el sistema de gestión de nómina.
Además, se puede activar o desactivar según tus preferencias pudiendo personalizar de esta manera tu dashboard.
